4. Photography services
Engagement of photography services is subject to a separate service agreement and/or booking confirmation. Key terms applicable to all service engagements include:
- Booking deposits — A deposit is required to secure a session date. Deposit terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
- Cancellations — Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of deposit. We will always endeavour to reschedule where possible.
- Image licence — Unless otherwise agreed in writing, images delivered are licensed for personal use only. Commercial use requires a separate licence agreement.
- Portfolio use — Unless you have opted out in writing, STILLHUE reserves the right to display delivered images in its portfolio. Your privacy is respected; opt-out requests are always honoured.
- Delivery — Images are delivered within the timeframe agreed at booking. STILLHUE is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STILLHUE Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
